My name is Dominic Estrada, and I recently completed my bachelor's in civil engineering in May 2025. In my undergraduate experience, I have participated in construction research under one my professors to look more into trends in LEED certified buildings. Additionally, I am one of the structural leads for my school's Timber Strong Design Build competition. Before all this, I have also had the opportunity to participate in NASA's Community College of Aerospace Scholars program, where I was able to partake in all three mission programs. Currently, I am looking for an opportunity in the Civil Engineering industry to where I will be able to apply my skills/experiences from undergrad.

My journey in engineering began in 8th grade when I discovered my passion for combining creativity and problem solving in my PLTW Engineering class. This early exposure led me to pursue engineering related activities throughout high school including my role as President of the Engineering Club and my participation in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). As I looked into the different engineering disciplines for college applications, I was drawn to civil and environmental engineering for its potential to directly impact communities and solve society's challenges. This aligns with my background in community service, where I dedicated four years to my school's Associated Student Body, planning events and contributing to discussions that directly affected my peers. Currently, I am a second year Civil Engineering student at UC Irvine, where my passion for the field has only grown stronger. I actively attend guest speaker events, participate on the Geowall team at UCI, and attend American Society of Civil Engineers(ASCE) events to deepen my understanding of the profession. My commitment to hands-on learning led me to secure a summer internship with the City of Citrus Heights, where I gained valuable insight into the public side of transportation engineering. Looking ahead, I am eager to explore more of the private sector of civil engineering. I am actively seeking an internship for the upcoming summer that will allow me to apply knowledge of AutoCAD and ArcGIS to real world projects and further develop my skills. My goal is to continue developing my knowledge of various specialties within civil engineering to the best of my ability so I can create infrastructure solutions that positively impact our society.

My name is Viviana Cabezas Lupercio, and I am currently entering my final year at the University of California, Irvine with a major in civil engineering, specializing in environmental hydrology and water resources. I found this job posting while looking for engineering internships in the Orange County area. I am a resident of Santa Ana looking for work and experience in the field of water management, hydrology, or civil engineering. I am eager to learn and apply skills that I have learned in my undergraduate education as well as develop and learn new skills that are not taught in classrooms. My name is Tiffany Nguyen, pursuing a master's in civil engineering under a water resources concentration. I'm looking for internships to gain professional experience to dive into an entry-level engineering career in the upcoming future. I am open to any sort of internship either full or part-time unpaid. 

I am an undergraduate civil engineering student at the University of California, Los Angeles who is interested in pursuing a career in water resources or environmental engineering. My name is Tommy Lin. I am a second-year civil and environmental engineering student at University of California, Los Angeles. I am interested in the environmental field as I feel that it is important to take care of our Earth to create a sustainable future and it would give me fulfillment as well having fun at the same time. This can take form as wastewater/drinking water treatment, sustainable waste management, environmental remediation and more!

I am a junior at the University of Southern California studying civil engineering. I have experience in construction engineering, specifically maritime construction, like wharfs and piers. On campus, I am the Vice President of Member Development of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, a member of Women in Engineering and involved with service through the Catholic Center. I am looking for opportunities for hands on learning this summer.
