Join a Team - Our internship program is designed to provide you with real world hands-on experience primarily in the field, where the Action is! We offer a structured and robust 10-week internship in the summer. You will be working alongside mentors and construction experts to gain knowledge and skills within the project management function. Interns will be:

• Assisting project management staff on various aspects of estimating and project management work, rotating between types of work and departments as available
• Helping with clerical needs of project management staff which may relate to project submittals, scheduling, costing, document control, and other miscellaneous tasks in the office and at the job sites
• Learning to use AutoCAD for projects
• Attending project meetings with customers
• Other duties as assigned

We look for the following:

• Enrolled in college, preferably in third or fourth year of coursework leading to a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• A minimum of one years’ work experience reflecting ambition and a good work ethic; some construction experience helpful
• Any equivalent combination of acceptable education, training, and experience
