Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Engineering Intern II for our California offices in Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles or Bakersfield.

This position is expected to start in May 2022..

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Support Transportation CM/CEI group with project related matters

  • Perform document control responsibilities

  • Assist Resident Engineer and Office Engineer with contract administration

  • Assist field inspectors with inspection related items.

Minimum Requirements

  • Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management program, with focus in Transportation, from an accredited university.

  • Must have completed a minimum of 2 years of qualified study by start of the internship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to transportation construction

  • The position requires to work in an office and field environment

  • Relocation is not available for this position.

  • Sponsorship is not available for this position
