Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Traffic Engineer Intern to be based in Orange, CA.
This position is expected to begin in January 2022.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Assist in the development and delivery of a variety of design plans (signing, striping, stage construction/traffic control, traffic signal)

Must possess strong problem solving and communication skills.

Complete projected figures using Geographic Information Systems (GIS), AutoCad and/or Microstation

Perform field work
-
Apply standard traffic engineering techniques and procedures
-
Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager

Perform other duties as needed
Minimum Requirements
-
Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related field with the intent to continue attendance following the internship.

Must have completed 3 years of study in the applicable program.

Our history
