Hello! I am Jessica Minsol Kim (she/hers), a junior at the University of Southern California studying Environmental Engineering and minoring in International Relations. I have been working in a water lab since my freshman year and have hydraulics modeling experience. My name is Dominic Estrada, and I recently completed my bachelor's in civil engineering in May 2025. In my undergraduate experience, I have participated in construction research under one my professors to look more into trends in LEED certified buildings. Additionally, I am one of the structural leads for my school's Timber Strong Design Build competition. My name is Adrian Horta, and I am a full-time student at the California State University of Long Beach (CSULB), where I am to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in June 2022.  My academic training and experience in the construction field, have prepared me to be an effective candidate in your department. After having worked as both a roof salesman/ estimator, and as an installer, I have taken part in the development of numerous structures located throughout most Southern California Counties. As part of my experience, I have worked closely with customers, contractors, developers, inspectors, and realtors alike in mutual efforts to complete various residential and commercial projects. Ambitious 3rd year engineering student interested in water resource, stormwater, and coastal engineering, seeking a hands on experience through a professional internship. Open to remote opportunities or relocating if needed.  As a student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), I have been able to expand my skills through involvement in various engineering projects and academic coursework as listed on my resume. These projects have allowed me to apply the theoretical concepts I learn in my courses to real world scenarios. For example, by participating in EngineeringX I have sharpened both my technical report writing and modeling skills. I am currently a student at the California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) majoring in Civil Engineering with a focus in Environmental Engineering.
